As an HR Talent Acquisition Senior Assistant, the main responsibilities are Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, Workforce Planning, CSR Community and support for HRD/H&S including HR generalist role.
Work on the complete end to end recruitment process with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders by setting clear expectation, managing risks, following up and setting clear deadlines and responsibilities
Lead the whole candidate experience to ensure that the sourcing, recruiting, background check, onboarding and communication processed run smoothly contributing to a positive candidate experience and to the employer equity
Managing on-boarding/off-boarding processes
Collaborating with team members in various initiatives to enhance employer branding.
CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility): lead for the company community activities (N2N - Neighbor to Neighbor, GVM - Global Volunteer Month, Tree Planting, Grant/Sponsorship deliver to local NGOs)
Assisting on daily HR operations and providing administrative support to all HR matters
HR administration for employee services and manage HR data with HRIS program
HR Policy update and management – Understand and survey for local labor news
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline
3+ years of experience as an HR TA role or a relevant HR experience
Workday system user or implementation experience preferred
Good knowledge of local labor laws
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Verbal and written English proficiency
Strong commitment and compliance on company regulations and guidelines
