[Summary]

Responsible for providing financial and business analyses and supporting the business through financial solutions in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and investments, connecting with other J&J finance organizations (accounting, tax, and compliance) as necessary

 

[Responsibilities]

1. Provide analytical, forecasting, reporting, and project support to commercial team partners and senior management

2. Provide sound financial analyses of cases for new business/product opportunities

3. Produce monthly reports, which include key metrics, financial results, and variance commentaries

4. Support the annual and quarterly budgeting processes with direct responsibilities in OPEX areas (A&P and SG&A)

5. Proactively contribute to maintaining and improving a strong internal control environment e.g. understanding & applying SOPs/Work Instructions and updating as necessary

6. Support maintaining and updating company regulations or policies such as T&E

7. Build interdependent partnership with all functional business partners

8. Any other relevant work and support to deliver Consumer Health BUF goal

 

[Requirements]

1. University Degree in finance, accounting, business, engineering or other discipline

2. Minimum 3 years professional experience in finance

3. Finance related certificate, experience in multinational / FMCG company is an advantage

4. Excellent communication & business partnering skills

5. Ability to analyze the financial data ensuring that it makes business sense

6. Strong team player, individual leadership and ethical standard committed to compliance with J&J standards

7. Highly computer literate, experience with ERP systems and Microsoft packages

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean
