Your key responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Create a capability roadmap and key priorities for RK, ensuring alignment with Roche High Performing Organization principles and contribution to achieving RK's Long-Term/Mid-Term Objectives(LTO/MTO).
  • Focus on enhancement of holistic commercialization capabilities to support the achievement of RK's priorities and outcomes while ensuring excellence in customer engagement in the field.
  • Catalyze and support all fucntions in identifying future-ready skills and continuously updating the capability roadmap.
  • Stay connected to up-to-date fure-ready skills, continuously seeking out and applying them to capability initiatives.

Design & Delivery

  • Develop strategy and deliver learning solutions by maximizing and localizing internal resources, and leveraging external resources for specific needs.
  • Build partnerships and collaborate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to co-design and develop programs, resources, and solutions, including learning objectives, content, delivery methods, evaluation metrics, and associated change management/communication strageties.
  • Design a system to deliver follow-ups and regular nudges to effectively embed capabilities into the workflow and ensure consistency in execution.
  • Train the Trainers and mobilize the Trainers' community for the delivery with desired outcome, adoption of new trends, initiatives, and the sharing of the best practices.
  • Maximize existing resources in designing and delivering initiatives to avoid duplicated efforts.
  • May also scale and /or facilitate workshops for use outside Roche Korea, aligned with the One Pharma Strategy, utilizing the most efficient and cost-effective methodologies.

Monitoring & Governance

  • Oversee and track progress against the set success factors matrix to ensure all capability-related priorities contribute to achieving HPO and organizational/employee grouwth.
  • Use date and feedback to refine and enhance learning designs, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective vendor management, including Contracts, Statements of Work, and Service Level Agreements, in accordance with RK policies and procedures.
  • Maintain well-structured documentation to facilitate future edits and revisions.

Who you are

  • Undergraduate degree with relevant education
  • Preferably Advanced degree in Organizational Development, Education Engineering, Business/Commerce.
  • 3+years' previous experience in the learning & development, organizational development or commercial(commercialization) excellence in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, consumer goods or related industry.
  • Includes previous learning and development design and facilitation experience
  • Previous individual/team performance coaching experience
  • Preferred People Management or cross-functional team leading/influencing experiences
  • Coaching/Facilitation related certification as a plus.
  • Previous experience working with external vendors or global teams.
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and related learning/development models/methodologies
  • Knowledge of learning technologies
  • Understanding of Cede of Conduct, Local regulations and other relevant standards and guidelines preferred.
  • Language: Fluent in Korea and English as a must

  • Strong learning/people/change and result agility.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage, inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proficiency in leveraging learning technologies and diverse platforms and tools.
  • Innovative mindset with a continuous improvement approach to learning and development practices.
