Yesan Maintenance Engineer를 모집 합니다.

*Objectives of the Position

• Improvement of equipment utilization and value through PM, Capex & Opex management
• Improve cost competitiveness through maintenance budget management,
• Support of quality improvement and productivity 
• Ensure the safety of equipment and employees

*Main Tasks

1.Process improvement 

• Plan and implement of mechanical and electric equipment maintenance
• Optimize utility rate and improve utility efficiency
• Revising SOP, WPRA, suggestion, LEAN 5 for support process improvement
• Planning the overhaul
• Technology improvement by sharing with BASF plant
• Training operators on maintenance and contractor safety managing

2.Budget management

• Maintenance budget planning & action
• Capex/Opex project management

3.SAP / asset management

• SAP PM key user
• Disposal of the asset and enrollment of new asset 
• Management of spare parts

4.KPI management

• Following up site EHS KPI. (Yellow card, BBSO. Etc.)
• Management of monthly KPI by maintenance team (MTTR, MTTF, MTBF, Etc.)
• GAP data (Utilization) analysis and management (role of process engineer)

5.Lead & Support for successful Audit

• Implement of IATF 16949 / ISO14001
• Preparing for RC Audit

*Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

• At least 3~4 years work experience.
• Major in mechanical or electric engineering
• Qualification certificate of electric engineer, 전기기사 자격증 필수
• People management (공무팀원)에 대한 경력 우대 
• Fluent English speaking and writing and Native level of Korean
