Account Manager를 모집 합니다.

Your Role

  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets established by the leadership team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major accounts in the assigned field.
  • Execute a sales plan aligned with the overall sales strategy.
  • Manage stakeholders effectively to develop customer relationships and build a sustainable business.Respond promptly to all customer requests, quotes, and tenders.
  • Expand the utilization of digital tools to nurture customer buying behaviors.
  • Maintain a high level of technical and application competence to add value for customers.
  • Plan and execute customer site visits to grow your network and influence within the scientific community.
  • Submit accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts as requested.
  • Assist in optimizing the sales process.
  • Collaborate across functions to ensure effective campaign implementation.
  • Actively follow up on marketing campaigns with growth accounts to influence the adoption of the targeted product portfolio.
  • Provide the voice of the customer internally to strategize and develop effective programs for customer retention.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance business growth across all segments.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Material Science.
  • At least 5 years of relevant sales or technical sales experience, or equivalent.
  • Resilient, with the ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Experienced in building sustainable relationships.
  • Proven ability to influence and sell to all levels of an organization.
  • Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong knowledge of customers, competitive landscape, and market trends.
  • Open-minded to new ideas with high aspirations for career development.
  • Diligent and effective in getting things done, with good knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce.
  • Able to utilize AI effectively
  • Business level in English
