What You'll Do

• Recruitment Delivery: Handle full-cycle recruitment for Sales, CX, and CF roles, supporting a consistent and positive experience for candidates and hiring leaders. 
• Hiring Partnership: Work with hiring managers to share market information, discuss talent availability, and align on interview approaches.
• Talent Engagement: Identify and connect with potential candidates through networking, referrals, and sourcing tools, with a focus on building ongoing relationships.
• Project Involvement: Contribute to regional recruiting initiatives, including hiring activity, inclusion programs, employer branding, and process updates.
• Business Knowledge: Develop an understanding of Cisco’s products and local business priorities to share relevant role and company information with candidates.
• Recruiting Tools: Use AI-enabled and digital tools to support efficient recruiting workflows and collaboration.
• Insight & Improvement: Use recruitment data and market insights to provide updates and support continuous improvement in hiring practices

Minimum qualifications

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a genuine passion for the recruitment profession—ideally within a large, global, high-growth technology environment.
• Local Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Korean talent market and experience working effectively with local networks and professional relationships.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Korean and English to enable smooth communication locally and across global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Tech-Savvy Recruiter: Experience using modern TA tools and an interest in how AI can enhance the human side of recruiting. 
• Relationship Driven: An ability to build lasting networks within talent communities and internal groups.
• Collaborative approach: A "play to win" attitude combined with a desire to share best practices and contribute to the wider APJC Talent Acquisition team. 
• Executive Presence: Demonstrated experience advising and influencing VP and Senior Director-level stakeholders.
