[Job Requirements]

Job-specific Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• 약사 면허 필수

Competency and Knowledge

• Strong knowledge and practical understanding of applicable pharmaceutical regulations,
• including their principles, concepts and industry practices
• Proficiency in basic MS office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

[Key Responsibilities]

Job Summary

• Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
  (QMS) in compliance with Korean regulations and Eisai standards.
• Ensure QA oversight of all products to meet quality requirements and maintain compliance with
  Korean Pharmaceutical Affairs Law and regulations, including proper quality control within the
  warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System
  (QMS) - including Quality Complaints, Recalls, Deviations, Change Controls, Investigations,
  CAPAs, Training and Self-inspection).
• Manage supply of Reference Standards and Testing Samples to support local QC testing
  activities.
• Perform Sampling for QC testing and retention samples.
• Manage warehouse environmental conditions in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Perform Validation and Qualification activities for warehouse operations.
• Perform Incoming inspection and verify incoming product documentations including packing list
  and CoAs.
• Manage and evaluate out-sourced activities (CMOs, contract laboratories, third-party warehouses,
  transportation, etc.), including Audits and Quality Agreements.
• Establish and maintain local GxP SOPs in accordance with document control procedures.
• Prepare for and manage Health Authority inspections and supplier audits as an auditee (host),
  and ensures appropriate follow-up actions.
• Generate Annual Product Quality Review (APQR) reports for imported products in compliance
  with GIP regulations.
• Ensure proper storage and control of controlled drugs in designated and secure areas in
  accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate re-sticker and re-labeling processes.
