Job Description
•1.Service and service contract
•Install, repair, and maintain product at customer site.
•Resolve technical problem through phone support and on-site customer visits
•IB management and Service Contract management
•Be responsive in troubleshooting equipment and performing corrective according service manual
•Complete service reports for service calls performed
• 2. Support to sales
•Support technical, engineering information to sales the assigned products
•Technical support the products installation, demonstration in exhibits, academic society.
•3. Training
•Participation in service programs for the knowledge of new products, upgraded products at HQ

Our requirements
•University degree
•Prefer Biomedical engineering or Electronic major
•Professional experience:
•More than 2 year experienced field service engineer in Medical industry
•Prefer Ophthalmology field experience
•Good interpersonal skill with team members
•Over intermediate level of English
