  1. Lead the development of innovative and effective activation techniques for consumer communication at the point of sale, grounded insights into shopper motivation/behaviour and opportunities/constraints in different shopper channels.
  2. Lead the execution of campaign plans.
  3. Ensure campaign results are measured as per Adult Tobacco Shopper Marketing dashboard and that learnings/insights are taken into account in development of future activation strategies and plans.
  4. Lead the development of cycle campaign plans for key missiles, with clear line of sight objectives.
  5. Represent Trade in integrated Agency briefings to guide the creative process for the implementation of campaigns of key missiles by shopper channel
  6. Review and deliver a merchandising solutions and create an environment in which you aim for continuous improvement through searching for development of merchandising opportunities and solutions

  1. Work cohesively with brand and agencies to drive cycle and trade activities execution OTIF.
       8. Lead MD committee to connect with field and market and utilize the insights into merchandising solution
